Coaching is a powerful alliance between us. It's a creative and thought-provoking process designed to help you maximise your personal and professional potential. You are always in the driver's seat. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and the resulting consequences. My role is to provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you create and achieve your goals.
What Coaching Isn't (An Important Distinction)
My coaching is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If you are facing significant mental health challenges, it is your responsibility to seek the appropriate professional help. If you are currently working with a therapist, I recommend that you inform them of your additional coaching relationship.

Program & Service Details
The specific details of your coaching program or service—including what's included, the duration, and the support provided—will be clearly outlined in your personal Coaching Agreement and invoice before we begin. This ensures complete clarity and transparency from the start.
Investment & Payment
Your investment will be invoiced as agreed upon before commencement. There are never any hidden fees.
Any potential additional costs, such as travel expenses for in-person workshops, will be thoroughly discussed and will need your confirmation via email before any costs are incurred. Payment for all services is required in advance.
Our standard payment terms are 14 days.
If prompt payment has not been received, any discounts will be removed, and full payment will be required.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of the 1-to-1 coaching and the commitment required, all fees are non-refundable. Monthly support will require a 30-day written notice, and your support will be cancelled on the next payment cycle.
Rescheduling: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Support & Communication
Support outside of our scheduled calls (via email and WhatsApp) is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. UK time. I will always strive to respond within 24 business hours.
Your Agreement
By paying your invoice and commencing your program, you agree to these terms. My goal is to provide a transparent, fair, and powerful container for the incredible work we are about to do. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
By purchasing this Broadcast Package, you (the "Guest") enter into this agreement with Geoffrey Nicholson (the "Producer"), trading as Geoff Nicholson and/or GN Coaching.
1. Grant of Rights: You grant the Producer the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to record, edit, publish, and distribute your voice, likeness, and performance via the UK Business IQ platform, syndicated networks (including Success IQ), and strategic partner channels. The Producer retains full copyright ownership of the final master recording.
2. Commercial License Exception: If you purchased the "Commercial License" add-on, you are granted a non-exclusive license to re-edit and use the raw footage for your own commercial advertising.
3. Editorial Control: The Producer reserves the right not to publish an episode if the content is deemed to be an overt sales pitch or if the audio/video quality falls below broadcast standards. The booking fee covers studio production time, not a guaranteed broadcast.
4. Cancellation: Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Event Special rates are non-refundable.
5. Indemnity: You confirm you hold the rights to share all information discussed and indemnify the Producer against any claims resulting from your statements.
6. Guest Responsibility for Assets: It is the Guest’s sole responsibility to provide all required assets (High-Resolution Headshots, Logos, Bios, and Links) via the designated Client Portal within the requested timeframe. If assets are not provided by the deadline or are of insufficient quality, missing assets will be omitted from the final edit and show notes. No re-edits will be offered for late submissions
Section: Production Timeline & Release Date
1. Standard Production Window The Guest acknowledges that the standard production cycle for the Podcast is approximately 8 to 12 weeks from the date of recording. The Host reserves the right to adjust the release schedule based on editorial requirements and inventory.
2. Priority Release (Optional Upgrade) Guests who require a specific release date or a turnaround time faster than the standard window must secure a Priority Production Pass (subject to availability).
If a Priority upgrade has not been purchased, no specific release date can be guaranteed.
Priority slots are strictly limited to 6 per month to ensure quality standards.
3. Notification: The Host will notify the Guest approximately 7 days prior to the episode going live with links and assets for sharing.
